Es usada como\u00a0disolvente\u00a0de\u00a0pinturas, y como materia prima para la fabricaci\u00f3n de compuestos arom\u00e1ticos sint\u00e9ticos y algunos desinfectantes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Es un l\u00edquido casi incoloro, de\u00a0olor\u00a0muy intenso y caracter\u00edstico. En la actualidad se obtiene en grandes cantidades como subproducto de la producci\u00f3n de\u00a0celulosa\u00a0(materia prima de la fabricaci\u00f3n del\u00a0papel) en industrias que usan como materia prima\u00a0con\u00edferas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Est\u00e1 formado principalmente por una mezcla de\u00a0hidrocarburos\u00a0terp\u00e9nicos, mayormente alfa y beta\u00a0pinenos, aunque su composici\u00f3n var\u00eda dependiendo de la clase de pino de la que provenga la resina.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 80%; color: #f99b1c;\"><strong>CARACTER\u00cdSTICAS:<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El aguarr\u00e1s es un l\u00edquido incoloro, o de un ligero color amarillento en ocasiones.
