Aceite de Ricino 36 MOE – (Alkest CSO 360)\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/h1>\n

El\u00a0 aceite de ricino 36 MOE ( <\/span>aceite de ricino etoxilado <\/b>) es el\u00a0aceite de ricino\u00a0hecho reaccionar con\u00a0\u00f3xido de etileno\u00a0mediante una reacci\u00f3n de\u00a0etoxilaci\u00f3n.\u200b Al realizar esta reacci\u00f3n, se transforma el aceite en un\u00a0tensoactivo, m\u00e1s concretamente un\u00a0tensioactivo no i\u00f3nico, lo que le confiere unas propiedades muy diferentes.<\/span><\/p>\n

En funci\u00f3n del n\u00famero de moles de \u00f3xido de etileno, el grado de etoxilaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 mayor, haciendo al aceite de ricino m\u00e1s af\u00edn al agua. A partir de 40 moles de etileno (abreviado como 40 MOE) el producto adquiere una viscosidad importante y acaba siendo m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil de manipular. Esta afinidad al agua se mide como HLB, y en funci\u00f3n de su magnitud puede tener unas aplicaciones u otras como emulsionante, mojante… en campos industriales tan amplios como la alimentaci\u00f3n, farmacia…\u200b<\/span><\/p>\n

Principales aceites de ricino etoxilados.<\/span><\/h2>\n

Aunque no todos los aceites de ricino tienen la misma composici\u00f3n de \u00e1cidos grasos, todos tienen un muy alto contenido en\u00a0\u00e1cido ricinoleico\u00a0(entre un 85-95%), lo que hace que se clasifiquen en funci\u00f3n del n\u00famero de moles de etileno o grado de etoxilaci\u00f3n. Seg\u00fan \u00e9ste, tendr\u00e1 un mayor o menos HLB. As\u00ed, se podr\u00edan destacar:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Como puede observarse, la diferencia entre los moles de etileno no hace que tenga diferente n\u00famero CAS a pesar de que sus propiedades tensoactivas son diferentes. Esto se debe a que al obtenerse por una reacci\u00f3n de\u00a0etoxilaci\u00f3n, que no deja de ser una reacci\u00f3n de\u00a0polimerizaci\u00f3n, la diferencia entre un pol\u00edmero u otro depende de la cantidad de\u00a0\u00f3xido de etileno\u00a0empleado, pero para el\u00a0n\u00famero CAS\u00a0no existe diferencia al ser todos aceites de ricino polietoxilados.<\/span><\/p>\n
