Este kit contiene <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">un catalizador mejorado que posibilita tanto una vida <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00fatil y durabilidad m\u00e1s prolongadas del producto con <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">menor toxicidad y otro catalizador convencional de <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">tiempo de curado r\u00e1pido, adecuado para cualquier tipo <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">de aplicaci\u00f3n. JET LOK II est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado para su uso <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">en cualquier junta roscada o tornillo donde se necesite <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">una traba excepcionalmente fuerte y durable. <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Especialmente indicado para casing y tubulares, <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">donde es imprescindible evitar que las juntas se <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">suelten o desenrosquen. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"background-color: #d4c3d4;\"><em><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 80%; background-color: #d4c3d4;\">FORMAS DE USO<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El catalizador debe vaciarse en la lata de la resina de <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">base epoxy. A continuaci\u00f3n estos dos componentes <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">deben ser mezclados muy bien. Utilice el aplicador <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">para cubrir \u00edntegramente las roscas macho con la <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">mezcla y a continuaci\u00f3n forme la junta. El kit de 16 <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">onzas utiliza un endurecedor del tipo amina que <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">permite que el tiempo de trabajo de la mezcla se <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">extienda a unos 50 minutos. <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El kit de 8 onzas tambi\u00e9n contiene un endurecedor de <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00faltima generaci\u00f3n que provee resistencia qu\u00edmica <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">superior y extiende el tiempo de trabajo a 120 \u2013 150 <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">minutos. <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La cura completa de ambos kits se produce a las 24 <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">horas. El tiempo de curado se puede reducir si la <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">temperatura es elevada a 121\u00ba C. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"background-color: #d4c3d4;\"><em><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 80%; background-color: #d4c3d4;\">APLICACIONES<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Se recomienda el uso del JET-LUBE JET-LOK II en <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">casing, cuplas y mechas, eliminando la necesidad de <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">aplicar soldadura. Los kits selladores ofrecen una <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">ventaja distintiva por sobre la soldadura en aquellas <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">conexiones roscadas que pueden romperse por causa <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">del calor (288\u00ba C).
