Se fabrica con un selecto aceite base mineral de alta viscosidad y un extremadamente efectivo paquete de aditivos para servicio pesado. A su vez, Mobilgrease XTC se formul\u00f3 para brindar un bajo sangrado, as\u00ed como estabilidad a altas temperaturas, propiedades cr\u00edticas para la lubricaci\u00f3n y protecci\u00f3n de los acoplamientos modernos. Adem\u00e1s, el aceite base y el paquete de aditivos para extrema presi\u00f3n (EP) y antidesgaste (AW) trabajan para reducir el desgaste por fricci\u00f3n causado por el contacto entre dientes deslizantes. Asimismo, proporcionan protecci\u00f3n contra la herrumbre y la corrosi\u00f3n, as\u00ed como estabilidad a altas temperaturas para este producto de vanguardia.<\/p>\n<p>Los cient\u00edficos de investigaci\u00f3n de ExxonMobil formularon Mobilgrease XTC para cumplir o superar los requisitos de los acoplamientos modernos de alta velocidad de tipo engranaje y tipo rejilla incluyendo las especificaciones AGMA CG-2 y CG-1. Esta grasa ha mostrado un excelente desempe\u00f1o y protecci\u00f3n en una amplia variedad de aplicaciones de acoplamientos que cubren una amplia gama de industrias.<\/p>\n<p>En base a su sobresaliente desempe\u00f1o, esta grasa se ha convertido en el producto de elecci\u00f3n para muchos usuarios de acoplamientos. Mobilgrease XTC responde plenamente a los requisitos de desempe\u00f1o de los principales fabricantes de acoplamientos.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Propiedades y beneficios<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Mobilgrease XTC goza de una excelente reputaci\u00f3n en la lubricaci\u00f3n de aplicaciones de acoplamientos de alta velocidad y alta temperatura de tipo engranaje y de tipo rejilla. Adem\u00e1s, los estrechos contactos con fabricantes de equipos originales (OEM) y usuarios finales garantizan que los productos tales como este estar\u00e1n disponibles para satisfacer las necesidades de aplicaciones cr\u00edticas.<\/p>\n<p>Mobilgrease XTC se dise\u00f1\u00f3 espec\u00edficamente para aplicaciones de acoplamientos de altas velocidades y altas temperaturas.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Aplicaciones<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Consideraciones sobre las aplicaciones: Debido a que Mobilgrease XTC es altamente viscosa y tiene agentes adhesivos para hacer frente a las exigencias de los acoplamientos, no se recomienda utilizar pistolas de grasa manuales sin calefacci\u00f3n auxiliar a bajas temperaturas ambiente.<\/p>\n<p>Mobilgrease XTC cumple plenamente con los requisitos de AGMA Tipo CG-2 vigentes para acoplamientos flexibles de alta velocidad de tipo engranaje y tipo rejilla. Tambi\u00e9n cumple con los requisitos menos exigentes de AGMA Tipo CG-1. Mantiene sus caracter\u00edsticas de excelente desempe\u00f1o en temperaturas ambiente de hasta 120\u00ba C. Sin embargo, no se recomienda para temperaturas por debajo de -30\u00ba C.
