DESCRIPCI\u00d3N DEL PRODUCTO<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/h3>\n

Mobilgrease 28 es una grasa antidesgaste. Fue dise\u00f1ada para combinar las caracter\u00edsticas \u00fanicas de un fluido base sint\u00e9tico de polialfaolefina (PAO) con un espesante a base de \u00f3rgano-arcilla (sin jab\u00f3n). Tiene una consistencia entre una grasa NLGI. No. 1 y una No. 2. Adem\u00e1s, ofrece un desempe\u00f1o sobresaliente en un amplio rango de temperaturas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Tambien este fluido proporciona una excelente capacidad de bombeo a bajas temperaturas, muy bajo par de arranque y de funcionamiento que puede ayudar a reducir las temperaturas de operaci\u00f3n en la zona de carga de los cojinetes con elementos rodantes. Esto es gracias a su naturaleza de no contener ceras, junto con su alto \u00edndice de viscosidad en comparaci\u00f3n con los aceites minerales.<\/span><\/p>\n

PROPIEDADES Y BENEFICIOS<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/h3>\n

Contiene un espesante de arcilla le da a Mobilgrease 28 un alto valor de punto de goteo de alrededor de 300\u00baC, lo cual proporciona una excelente estabilidad a altas temperaturas. Es resiste el lavado con agua, como tambi\u00e9n proporciona una capacidad de carga superior, reduce el arrastre por fricci\u00f3n y evita el desgaste excesivo.<\/span><\/p>\n

Las pruebas muestran que Mobilgrease 28 lubrica eficazmente los cojinetes de elementos rodantes en condiciones de altas velocidades y temperaturas. Tambi\u00e9n ha demostrado una excelente capacidad para lubricar mecanismos deslizantes muy cargados, como los gatos de tornillo de aleta.<\/span><\/p>\n

Durante m\u00e1s de 30 a\u00f1os, Mobilgrease 28 ha sido la grasa multiuso preferida para aplicaciones militares y relacionadas con la aviaci\u00f3n en todo el mundo.<\/span><\/p>\n

APLICACIONES<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/h3>\n

Esta grasa esta dise\u00f1ada para la lubricaci\u00f3n de cojinetes lisos y con elementos rodantes desde velocidades bajas a altas, y de ejes acanalados, sinfines, engranajes helicoidales y otros mecanismos donde se requiere una alta reducci\u00f3n de la fricci\u00f3n, un bajo desgaste y bajas p\u00e9rdidas de fricci\u00f3n causada por el lubricante. El rango de temperaturas de operaci\u00f3n recomendado es de -54\u00baC a 177\u00baC (-65\u00baF a 350\u00baF) con intervalos de relubricaci\u00f3n apropiados.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tambien se recomienda para usarse en conjuntos de ruedas de aterrizaje, sistemas de control y actuadores, gatos de tornillo, servo dispositivos, motores de cojinetes sellados, cojinetes oscilantes y cojinetes de rotores de helic\u00f3pteros en aeronaves militares y civiles. Sujeto a las aprobaciones del fabricante del equipo, tambi\u00e9n se puede usar en maquinaria naval auxiliar de a bordo y donde se recomienden las especificaciones reemplazadas MIL-G-81322 (WP), MIL-G-7711A, MIL-G-3545B y MIL-G-25760A.<\/span><\/p>\n
