{"id":5247,"date":"2022-09-01T19:38:46","date_gmt":"2022-09-01T19:38:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pldistribucion.com.ar\/web\/?p=5247"},"modified":"2022-09-01T19:40:49","modified_gmt":"2022-09-01T19:40:49","slug":"no-se-juega-con-la-urea","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pldistribucion.com.ar\/web\/no-se-juega-con-la-urea\/","title":{"rendered":"NO SE JUEGA CON LA UREA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El sistema SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) consiste en un postratamiento de los gases de escape inyectando un fluido, conocido en Argentina como ArNox 32 (Agente Reductor de \u00f3xidos de nitr\u00f3geno tambi\u00e9n conocida como urea automotriz), el cual reacciona dentro del sistema, transformando los NOx de la combusti\u00f3n, en nitr\u00f3geno y agua, constituyentes inocuos de la atm\u00f3sfera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Independiente del tipo de estrategia de control de emisiones elegido por el fabricante, estos veh\u00edculos pesados cuentan adicionalmente con un sistema de diagn\u00f3stico a bordo (OBD: On Board Diagnostics), que detecta si las emisiones de los \u00f3xidos de nitr\u00f3geno est\u00e1n por arriba de 3,5 g NOx \/kWh, encendiendo una luz de alarma en el tablero del conductor indicadora de falla en el sistema de post-tratamiento. El sistema OBD dispone tambi\u00e9n de un segundo nivel de alerta para emisiones de NOx, de 7.0 g \/kWh, el cual cuando superado, dispara la limitaci\u00f3n del torque efectivo del motor, para inducir al conductor a procurar asistencia mec\u00e1nica y solucionar el problema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por ejemplo, el sistema OBD se dispara cuando se agota el ArNox 32 o por problemas en el sistema SCR causados por deficiencias en la calidad del ArNox 32 u ocasionados por desv\u00edos en su concentraci\u00f3n y\/o presencia de contaminantes, en aquellos veh\u00edculos pesados equipados con el sistema SCR o tambi\u00e9n por problemas en la combusti\u00f3n ocasionados por di\u00e9sel de calidad inadecuada, cualquiera sea la estrategia de control de emisiones elegida por el fabricante del veh\u00edculo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"696\" height=\"464\" src=\"https:\/\/pldistribucion.com.ar\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/PGZ_5631.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5251\" srcset=\"https:\/\/pldistribucion.com.ar\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/PGZ_5631.jpg 696w, https:\/\/pldistribucion.com.ar\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/PGZ_5631-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/pldistribucion.com.ar\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/PGZ_5631-600x400.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 696px) 100vw, 696px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Queda claro entonces que la inversi\u00f3n requerida para adquirir estos veh\u00edculos de \u00faltima generaci\u00f3n comercializados en nuestra regi\u00f3n que buscan preservar la calidad del medio ambiente y la salud de las personas, precisa resguardarse con el uso de combustible di\u00e9sel de bajo azufre (grado 3) y tambi\u00e9n de ArNox 32 de calidad asegurada, cuando est\u00e9n equipados con sistemas SCR. Esto ayudar\u00e1 a disminuir la poluci\u00f3n ambiental ocasionada por veh\u00edculos de generaci\u00f3n anterior, a medida que estos gradualmente salgan de circulaci\u00f3n y sean reemplazados por los veh\u00edculos de nueva generaci\u00f3n menos contaminantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con este prop\u00f3sito, desde 2014, YPF comercializa AZUL 32 \u00ae, su producto Arnox 32, producido y comercializado en Argentina.
